I purchased a massage gun at the annual Davis Turkey Trot, and it has been an excellent recovery tool since then! Unlike other massage guns on the market, which are large and heavy, I absolutely love how compact and lightweight this one is. (I posted a picture showing the massage gun relative to an Apple charger to show just how small it is!) My dad also has his own Sanitas massage gun, and he uses the bullet attachment to massage his achy hands every night. I would highly recommend!

This was my first experience using a massage gun on myself (I’d previously had massage therapists use them on me). They’re a great recovery tool, promoting healing and recovery by increasing blood flow to the muscles. A huge advantage of the Sanitas massage gun are the variety of head attachments. Some provide a more distributed massage like the ball or flat attachment or for a more focused pressure point you can use one of the more pointed attachments. These are half the price of the name brands on the market.
What I love about the sanitas massage gun is its portability and many massage levels. It’s small enough to fit into my knapsack so I can use it at the gym, at work, or on the go wherever I’m at. I’m still getting used to its overdrive mode as other massage guns I’ve used have had only one medium setting, but putting it at lower setting then overdrive has thankfully worked well.
My Sanitas hand held massage gun is the greatest weapon I own to protect against sore achy muscles. After a long day at work and commute, it helps with lower back pain and tight shoulder muscles. I also use my Sanitas massage gun on my quads the day after hiking for 2 hours. With its different levels of intensity and four interchangeable heads, I am able to get relief on different parts of my body. I strongly recommend Sanitas massage gun for all those reasons plus it’s portable and I can take it to work and traveling! No more scary, big and heavy massage guns that need to be plugged into an outlet and awkward to use on yourself. It’s a good price compared to those big brands and I like supporting local small businesses like Sanitas.
